The fighter’s strength

This 12-week program will allow fighters to gain serious strength while maintaining their training sessions at the dojo. However, if you are not an active fighter and want to gain grip strength, pull and push strength as well as overall maximal strength, this program can help you out.

You will get 2 different workouts per week and a logical progression over the 12-week duration of the training program. There’s a lot of advanced training method used in this program like post-tetanic facilitation, jumps, sprints, 1-6 principle, explosive lifts, plyometrics and more.

Don’t forget that at equal technical skills, the strongest fighter will get the advantage on his opponent!
